What olli does with information.

This page is written in plain language so that it can be read. It describes what olli does today; it is not legal advice, and it will change as olli does.

This website

hiolli.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. This page loads nothing from anyone else. The home page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you open it.

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To do that and to keep it safe, Cloudflare handles each request, including the IP address it comes from, under its own privacy policy. We don't use that to identify anyone.

If you email us, we keep your address only to reply to you about olli, and delete it when you ask.

When olli visits another website

olli sometimes opens a website for the person it works for, to read a page or fill in a request. Its page loads carry a cryptographic signature that says "this is olli", so the site can recognise it and allow or refuse it. The signature identifies olli only: it contains nothing about the person, no name, email address or account. How it works, and how a site can block it, is on the agent page.

Pages olli reads are read by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic) to carry out the request. olli doesn't use what it reads on a site to train a model, doesn't sell it, and doesn't share it with anyone else.

The app

olli is an assistant, so it handles what its owner tells it and what they connect to it: their messages to it, the memories it keeps for them, and, only if they connect them, things like email and calendar. To answer, it sends the relevant text to an AI model provider. It does not use that information for advertising, and it does not sell it.

The person can see what olli remembers about them, correct it and erase it. Anything that spends money, sends a message, books or deletes waits for their approval first.
